Current status

All systems operational. Application API, authentication, billing webhooks, and database services are running normally.

What we monitor

  • Web application and API availability
  • Database connectivity (shared and dedicated tenant DBs)
  • Authentication and session services
  • Payment gateway webhooks (Razorpay)
  • Scheduled backup email jobs

Incidents

If you experience an outage, email support.runinventory@gmail.com with the time, store name, and error message. We will post major incidents on this page.
