These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Run Inventoryplatform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Run Inventory("we", "us", or "our"). By registering, subscribing, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Run Inventory is a cloud-based inventory and business management software offered on a subscription basis. Features may vary by plan and business type. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Account registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (including Razorpay). By completing a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals unless cancelled as described in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Upload malicious code or unlawful content
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
- Interfere with other users' access or data security
5. Data and content
You retain ownership of business data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
6. Availability and support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. Support is provided via email at support.runinventory@gmail.com during business hours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Run Inventory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; export of your data may be available for a limited period where technically feasible.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
