Shipping Policy
Run Inventory is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not ship physical goods as part of the standard subscription. This policy explains how access to the Service is delivered after purchase.
1. Digital delivery
Upon successful payment verification (including Razorpay payment confirmation and, where applicable, manual review of bank transfer/UTR for certain registration flows), your store workspace and subscribed features are activated electronically.
- Instant activation: For successful online card/UPI/netbanking payments, access is typically granted within minutes.
- Manual verification: For bank transfer or offline payment methods, access is granted after our team verifies payment (usually within 1–2 business days).
- Login credentials: You sign in using the email and password created during registration.
2. No physical shipment
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not deliver physical products, hardware, or printed materials. Any inventory or goods managed inside the software are your own business operations and are not shipped by Run Inventory.
3. Service availability
The Service is accessed via web browser and supported devices with an Internet connection. You are responsible for compatible hardware, network connectivity, and browser updates.
4. Geographic availability
The Service is primarily offered to businesses operating in India. Availability in other regions may vary. Data may be processed on servers located in India or other jurisdictions used by our hosting providers.
5. Delivery issues
If payment was successful but your account is not activated within the expected timeframe, contact us with your registered email and payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or UTR):

6. Updates and patches
Software updates, security patches, and feature releases are delivered automatically through the cloud platform without additional shipping or installation steps on your side.
